Disk Cook manages the full delivery cycle for over 150 top restaurants in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Orders are made directly at Disk Cook platforms: mobile app, web site and phone.
Immediately after the order is made, the restaurant receives it by a dedicated POS or a desktop app and starts the meal preparation. In parallel, a dedicated
motor biker receives the same order on a mobile app, takes the meal at the restaurant, deliveries it and charges the customer.
One of the greatest strengths of Disk Cook is the fact that top restaurants do not want to worry about phone attendants, logistics, payments; and no other player in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offers the full service.
On the customer side, Disk Cook offers real time tracking, allows ordering items from different restaurants on the same order, schedule deliveries and accept credit cards online (information input required only once).
Disk Cook has also proved expertise in delivery management and promotion, redesigning delivery and increasing sales for some important chains like Pizza Hut São Paulo, Bob’s and The Fifties.
