Dignity Housing provides 58 units of transitional and long-term supportive housing in Northwest Philadelphia, tailored to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families.

Each resident is assigned a case manager who offers guidance, encouragement, and connections to resources to help achieve self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
