The product runs as an invisible desktop application that processes audio locally on the rep's machine. No bot joins the meeting. No recording notification appears. The prospect never sees that it is there. During the call, the rep receives real-time technical answers,
guided discovery prompts, and follow-up content. After the call, DeltaGen drafts the follow-up email and populates the CRM.
Each deployment is loaded with the customer's own product documentation, competitive battlecards, pricing, and sales methodology. The engine processes live audio against that domain-specific knowledge base and returns answers in under one second. This is architecturally distinct from browser-based tools that rely on meeting platform APIs or virtual participants. DeltaGen captures system audio via operating-system level APIs on Windows and macOS.
