With day 100 we want to allow employers to easily filter through the noise to identify the candidates with the best job fit and to give employers a rich understanding of these top
candidates before interviewing them.
day100 is out to shake things up in the recruitment industry -- gone are the exaggerated resumes, the mandatory cover letters, and a hiring process that lasts 3+ weeks. Instead, we seek to rebuild the process based on references -- the experience of people who know and have worked with the candidate, -- which we believe is the most insightful and underused method to screen candidates.
