Chicago, which is co-owned by USAA, for the exclusive rights to build a data center in their building. The space is approximately 10,000 square feet and will hold 170 racks. They already have some pre-sale agreements in their possession and interest is strong. They are looking for a partner to assist us in raising the remaining needed funds to finish construction and secure operating capital to move forward and sell the remaining digital real estate available.
