common problems, detected in their extensive experience over the years in working with their customers: There is a lot of data, in fact sometimes too many, to be able to take decisions in tight times.
Each manager has a different set of data, coming from different systems.
Decisions are often made by "thermal sensation" instead of based on facts.
The age of the data is variable, and in general not adequate for the correct decision making.
