The ML pipeline includes probabilistic entity resolution across thousands of legal entity names in permit records, court filings, licensing databases, and corporate registries; propensity scoring of carriers and builders indexed against peer cohorts by state and claim type; and continuous ingestion of regulatory filings, consent orders, and financial disclosures. Named scoring models: Carrier Behavior Index (CBI) and Builder Risk Index (BRI), composite indexes built from multi-dimensional conduct signals weighted by claim volume, resolution pattern, and anomaly detection.
