Julian Johns (Co-Founder & CEO) spent 30 years scaling B2B SaaS revenue across Boston, London, Amsterdam, and Oslo, then built the Cultural Intelligence Engine himself: architecture, research base, live products. Julian has also worked with Allyson and Stein before, which has accelerated execution from the start.
Allyson Barr (Co-Founder & CCO) brings 25+ years of B2B SaaS GTM leadership as CMO at ActiveState, StackState, pymetrics, and Attivio (acquired by ServiceNow 2019); dual US/Irish, operated across five markets.
Stein Myrseth (Technical Board Advisor) ex-Senior Technology Director at ForgeRock & is the architect behind Norway's national digital-identity stack (MinID). Guiding platform architecture and CTO search.
