Courthouse Technologies was incorporated in 2005 because commercial jury management solutions have not kept pace with changing technology. Their flagship product, Courthouse JMS, is
the only commercial-off-the-shelf Web application for jury management available on the market.
They are comprised of career jury management experts. As a group of jury management IT professionals they have implemented, trained, and supported users of jury management systems which they designed and built in over 800 courts in 3 countries. Scott Kerr, their President and Paul Arntsen, their VP of Product Development have been building and marketing jury management systems for over 20 years.
