Its customers range in size from 5 to 200 staff and are based in London, UK, though many have branches around the world supported by Conosco.
Conosco has recently started operations in Brisbane, Australia and now offers true 24x7 services - meaning not only that calls can be taken around the clock, but problems are being worked on through the customer's night.
Conosco has adapted enterprise-class technologies and techniques for the smaller-company market. To do this it has had to develop its own software and systems integrations. This is driven by the need to prevent rather than fix problems, which is the result of operating under a fixed-fee structure.
