CometAds was created in 2010 as the inspirational brainchild of Founder and President Jim Knutt. Jim recognized that there was no online service that gave businesses and agencies the ability to easily create and publish dynamic video advertisements quickly and economically. Traditionally, businesses would need to hire advertising professionals or
purchase expensive software and employ trained personnel. The costs in money and time made video ad creation and publication prohibitive to many small businesses. Jim applied his extensive experience in advertising and broadcast media as well as his zeal for new and innovative marketing technologies to the creation of CometAds.
