About the Company
CDS was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in December 1999. The company began by servicing several small banks and ISOs in the south Louisiana area. As business grew, CDS needed a more robust processing platform so in 2001, CDS installed the ACI Postilion software for it’s core processing. That same year, CDS added a direct connection to the STAR
network to complement its direct connection to PULSE.In 2003, CDS introduced its WebTools services, a robust web-based ATM management information system. A direct connection to MasterCard was also installed.
