Cojengo is a mobile app development and cloud computing agency focused on the African market that creates mobile applications which address the need for better education and decision-making in the animal and human health area. Its app enables veterinary professionals, animal health workers, and rural farmers to diagnose livestock illnesses and
source appropriate assistance for them.
The company offers a disease surveillance and livestock diagnosis platform across the African continent which includes VetAfrica Mobile: a cross platform application for users in the field to assist with diagnosis, data collection, and education; VetAfrica Core: an online data management dashboard to review, share, and act upon live surveillance data; and VetAfrica Cure: a method that allows the addition of new diseases and species to the platform either in person or online.
Cojengo works with Microsoft Windows Phone and cloud technology, Azure, and Office 365.
Cojengo was founded by a group of Strathclyde University Computer Science graduates and is based in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
