Codeminer 42 was co-founded by Rodrigo Abilheira and Fabio Akita. Akita being one of the leading Ruby evangelists in Brazil, responsible for organizing Rubyconf Brazil for the last 9 years, ensures that Codeminer 42 is a Ruby driven environment encompassing all the best practices and technologies that has made the Ruby ecosystem so well known for
excellence, specially in the Web Startups arena.
In it's first year Codeminer 42 has grown to almost 80 employees. The head-quarter is in São Paulo, one of the largest megalopolis in the World. But quickly it has set foot in the cities of Porto Alegre (in the South of Brazil), Fortaleza and Natal (in the Northeast). The goal being to find the best software developers in the country.
In 2018 the company has almost 80 employees spread in 12 offices across Brazil, including the cities of Novo Hamburgo, Campinas, Sorocaba, Natal, Teresina, Anapolis.
Codeminer 42 has delivered several web products for its clients, almost all of them Brazilian founded startups. Since 2014 we secured USA based clients in California, NYC and looking for more opportunities.
