The Cobra group of companies was first founded in 1992 as Cobra Security and Fire. By 1998 the organization refocused itself to concentrate on the Commercial Security market. In 2000 the company was purchased by the current owners who were ex-managers of a large multi-national security corporation and saw the opportunity to fulfill a need that the
