Coastr is a fully functional front and back end platform that enables any retailer to better connect with their clientele by using mobile, social, and bluetooth technologies to identify, engage, and turn top clientele into repeat business.
Targeting the restaurant industry first because of the ability to shape how $212bn is spent annually at full
service restaurants, the Coastr Platform consists of a free app, and installation of tablets and beacons at Coastr Enabled venues.
Analytics are tracked, and accessible through a web backend. Restaurant managers can also manage staff, create promotions, update menus, and highlight events. Restaurant staff are also notified through the tablet app when clients have arrived.
For users, Coastr is a peer driven recommendation platform. Allowing users to source ideas from trusted influencers. The social aspects of the platform allow Coastr to collect, analyze and display actionable data to users - like trending venues in new cities.
