CLACK provides digital, AI, and career education programs for junior and senior high school students facing challenges such as financial hardship, caregiving responsibilities, bullying, single-parent households, chronic absenteeism, and developmental disorders. It operates creative hubs in Osaka and Tokyo that offer safe spaces, digital equipment,
and mentoring. The organization runs programming and AI trial workshops, Tech Runway and Tech Runway+ three‑month courses, the Be Pro pre-employment program, and quest, an IT outsourcing program for alumni. It also delivers mirAI for Japan, an AI training program for high school teachers, and manages a laptop donation and reuse initiative for students. Funding comes from donations, partnerships, and in-kind contributions such as used PCs.
