One of the
challenges is to combine academic knowledge with effective market action. We work in 3 main activities: MARKET MANAGEMENT - understanding of the market and the company, definition and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Curation of content and relationship. TRAINING MANAGERS - we realize that many companies have intellectual capital to manage their own performance in the digital environment. For this niche, we developed an in-company course that seeks to develop digital critical thinking in managers. RESEARCH - Beyond a passion, behavioral research is vital for organizational decision making, because today the product / service has an outside movement into the companies that must be heard and taken into account. We conducted offline research, such as depth interviews, surveys, among others, as well as online research, mainly using desk research and netnography.
