In 1995, Circle Star was established with the goal of providing Israel businesses with a full range of strategic business development and consulting services aimed at helping them successfully penetrate the Japanese market. Since then, the company has opened international offices and has expanded its reach. Many of the companies for which they
provided consulting services have been so pleased that they wanted us to become more than consultants.
Because they trusted their abilities and appreciated their presence in India, Israel, Japan or North America, they asked us to become involved in their business and to provide their expertise in quality assurance, outsourcing, offset business contracting, product distribution and more.
That’s how Circle Star began partnering with various businesses and acting as their local agent abroad. They also started offering business alliances and outsourced solutions with third-party businesses when the right opportunities arose. As such, Circle Star’s Business Alliances and Outsourced Solutions Division was born, with the purpose of helping businesses improve their bottom line by partnering with us or allowing us to find reliable, experienced and competent business partners or cost-effective outsourced solutions that met their quality standards and expectations.
