About the Company
CheckOnMe is free mobile app that lets users protect themselves and the people they love by connecting their images to emergency information through facial recognition.
This makes it easy for first responders and other users to use their own smart phones to scan someone in need and contact their loved ones in an emergency.
Due to privacy
concerns, the app is designed to primarily connect faces to emergency contact numbers. Users do not need to provide any additional information, although an open text box allows users to share any information they are comfortable to share that they believe may be helpful to first responders—for example, a dementia patient may include the address of their care center.
