My firm helps startups, scale-ups, and turnaround situations in the AI/ML-enabled hardware, health and wellness, semiconductor, robotics, enterprise and connected home segments. I work with 2-3 companies at a time, so I am an integral part of the management team, developing strategies for profitable growth, building or restructuring business
processes and systems, hiring and leading staff, driving planning and budgeting, negotiating vendor agreements, raising equity and debt, with a focus on improving profitability and cashflow. As a hands-on leader, I develop the infrastructure to scale for profitable growth, cash conservation. I lead business planning, supply chain and contract manufacturing, ERP and other systems, and acquisition integration. I have raised over $590M of equity and $980M of debt and alternative financing, and advised or supported several successful exits. My firm has worked with over 35 hardware startups over the past 15 years, which provides a level of expertise and insight that is unparalleled in the Silicon Valley.
