Centered Networks is the Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) for mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals running on Microsoft 365 and Azure. Where traditional MSPs run infrastructure, an MIP deploys AI agents, governs the platform end to end, and runs the whole stack as a managed service.

Centered Networks is structured around two products. The Centered AI Practice is a four-stage productized engagement ladder: AI Quickstart (two-week diagnostic), Agent Launchpad (first production agent in six weeks), Frontier Transformation (full Microsoft Frontier stack in 90 days), and Managed AgentOps (continuous governance, billed monthly per agent). CompleteCare is a seven-tier managed-services architecture: Foundations, Govern, Automate, Insight, Construct, Intelligence, and Shield. Both are month-to-month from day one, with a Portability Promise that every agent, policy, and runbook stays in the client's tenant.
