Company Performance Metrics
Catcrs is a global crypto asset trading platform registered in the United States, initiated in October 2020 and completing its U.S. MSB (FinCEN) registration in October 2021. Built on the philosophy of "Culture as System, Trust as Productivity," Catcrs is committed to providing secure, transparent, compliant, and practically usable
trading and custody infrastructure for both individual users and institutional clients worldwide. The platform operates on four core principles: security-first architecture, compliance as a foundational prerequisite, verifiable transparency, and explainable user experience. For individual users, Catcrs offers spot and C2C trading with default security configurations including mandatory two-factor authentication, device trust management, withdrawal whitelists, and behavioral anomaly detection. For institutional clients, the platform provides market making and brokerage solutions, multi-asset batch settlement tools, auditable custody capabilities, and customized API access via REST, WebSocket, and FIX protocols. On the compliance side, Catcrs adheres to BSA/AML obligations under its FinCEN MSB registration, implements KYC and sanctions screening across all accounts, and continuously advances its adaptation to FATF Travel Rule requirements for cross-border transfers. The platform follows a strict "compliance before expansion" policy, establishing local regulatory frameworks before entering new markets. Catcrs employs a multi-layered security architecture combining cold/hot wallet separation, HSM key custody, multi-signature and threshold signing schemes, and a self-developed low-latency matching engine with built-in redundancy and rapid rollback capabilities. The platform is also developing a Proof-of-Reserves (PoR) framework based on Merkle tree snapshots and third-party method review, with a roadmap toward zero-knowledge proof integration. In addition to trading infrastructure, Catcrs offers Catcrs Academy — an educational platform covering wallet security, trading risk identification, and market methodology — reflecting the company's commitment to reducing information asymmetry and supporting informed decision-making across all user levels.
