CaseMojo is Software as a Service (SaaS) for Law Practices, Consulting Practices and other professional office environments with large volumes of contacts, critical calendaring, time billing, and the need for storing and searching large volumes of documents. CaseMojo can be installed locally on an in-house server or can be hosted on a cloud

The software was developed by me specifically for my Law Practice. Now I want to bring it to the next level with support from investors and knowledgeable business partners. My preference is to sell the software to a capable investor(s) and continue to guide development, while the investors concentrate on building the marketing for the product.
I have personally used this software for five years to run my own medical malpractice law firm. In order to generalize this product to other law practices and bring it to market, I estimate approximately 300 additional hours of coding @135/hour for Cake Development Corp using CakePHP. The product could be ready for market in about 90 days.
The investors' role will be to provide funds for marketing and to provide the management expertise which I lack. I am seeking to sell the CaseMojo product and remain on board as a minority shareholder to guide product development. I am not seeking a management role as that is not my forte.
The market for Law Office Case Management SAAS is estimated to be about $5 billion. Adoption of SAAS in Law Offices is growing at triple-digit rates acording to some providers of these types of services. Adoption is aided by Microsoft's recent decision to move the Office platform to the Cloud and charge a subscription fee, the model most widely adopted in any SAAS product.
