The concept of creating an automated service for cargo transportation appeared back in 2010. At that time the founder of this service was a beginner in the field of arrangement and provision of cargo transportation services. For a long time, customers had to order a commercial vehicle by phone with the help of the dispatching department. It was
necessary to call many companies in order to find the right transport. Over the course of our work, we became convinced that customers often demand transportation services as soon as possible. Also, many of them did not understand the term "delivery" of the car, which was calculated as an additional hour to transportation services. Needless to say the concept of "minimum order", was two hours of work plus delivery of the car. Nowadays technological progress is moving forward and we have created CarGoo – an automated online service for ordering cargo transportation.
