Founded in 2025, the platform was born from a personal experience. Our founder tried to open a startup and was turned away by traditional banks. The process was slow, the
doors were closed, and the funding never came. That frustration revealed a global truth: millions of entrepreneurs around the world have vision but cannot reach the right investors, while millions of investors have capital but do not know where to deploy it. Capexium was created to solve that. The platform connects both sides across businesses for sale, investment opportunities, capital raises, joint ventures, asset sales, franchise opportunities, and debt financing across 40 countries spanning North America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
