patent-pending automation enables industrial labor reduction without requiring centralized scale, allowing fresh food to be grown where it is sold or consumed. The company initially targets premium leafy greens to prove demand and unit economics before expanding to additional crops and partners.
Canopii is co-located with its manufacturing partner, GK Machine, one of North America’s largest agricultural machinery manufacturers, providing deep manufacturing expertise and a capital-efficient path to scale.
