To this end, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) granted Brainpoint the license as Payment Service Provider on the basis of the Financial Supervision Act ( www.dnb.nl ).
Earlier Brainpoint of the Payments Association ( www.betaalvereniging.nl ) already received the certification as Acceptant-Payment Service Provider (APSP) and Currence ( www.currence.nl).) the certification as a Collecting-Payment Service Provider (CPSP). In addition, the license service provider is now a payment service provider which implies that Brainpoint fully complies with the extensive requirements of De Nederlandsche Bank and is supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). DNB's license is international and is recognized by the governments and financial supervisors of Belgium, Germany, France and all other countries of the European Community (EC).
