The health and wellness industry has been on a rapid incline the last few years. Plain Jane and Average Joe are finally fed up with spending counts hours at Globo gym in a fruitless attempt of exercise. They have spent days, weeks, months and years in a gym with no sense of community and little care for their members. It is no surprise that people
are flocking in droves to boxes around the world. In these boxes they are achieve health and wellness goals they could never have imagined. They are finding community, friendship and competition. They are not only getting in shape, but many of them are becoming elite athletes.
This is seen in no better of a place then during team competitions. Here stay at home moms strive on the same teams as ex-D1 middle linebackers. Every athlete is cheered and encouraged to show and strive for the indomitable will of the human spirit.
We believe we can catch those moments on film and allow the world to be moved by the teams and competition. With an extremely talented director leading the way we believe we can move the world.
The show will show is set into a 16-team elimination series for a total of 13 episodes competing for a $200,000 grand prize. In the end we will crown one box the King of the box. In every weekly hour episode of Box Jump, one box “jumps” another box. Each box will have two teams of 6 athletes (3 women and 3 men). The teams will compete in two pre-programmed 4-person team workouts and two 2- person events. Each event will be given point values leading up to the final event. The point system will be set up that the losing team and steal the competition in the final event.
We are looking to bring the life and community that is shown in these competitions. To Truly show why all of use love this community as much as we do.
This is going to be are very special project and the possibilities are nearly quite endless. This is a strong community that is growing at a rapid pace.
