The French private equity company NextStage invested a total of € 10.5 million. PMI through its corporate venture PMEP participated in the series B funding to support the Group's expansion plan. MyKronoz raised $8M through crowdfunding campaigns, making us the most funded European company in Kickstarter history.
These investments have allowed us to conduct three acquisitions:
⁃ The vertical integration of BOW Industries, our long-term ODM partner in Shenzhen, China, to ensure full industrial and R&D autonomy.
⁃ LEXON, a French company and publisher of objects for 30 years, with more than 200 design awards and access to a network of nearly 100 international designers to diversify our range beyond affordable IoT.
⁃ MUSART, an American art marketplace that strengthens our digital footprint and allows us to continue diversifying our product portfolio by democratizing art to a large audience.
