A person visits one of Booking Angel's network of website directories (for example, in the restaurant industry in Australia, they have partnered with popular sites including MSN's site www.yourrestaurants.com.au). They enter their booking information and the business instantly receives a phone call that automatically reads them that information. They can easily accept or reject the booking using the keys on their phone. The booking is confirmed with the customer instantly via e-mail or SMS and the business is read the customer's name and phone number.
The company has expanded to cater to businesses in the United States as well.
