Forty years ago, Body & Brain founder Ilchi Lee began sharing simple self-care principles and practices with a stroke patient at a public park in South Korea. Soon, many people came to his daily sessions, wanting to know more about his self-healing techniques and philosophies. The success and popularity of his practice grew and eventually became known as Brain Education. First introduced in the U.S. in 1996, Ilchi Lee’s transformative principles are now available worldwide to individuals, companies, schools, and organizations through Body & Brain and other centers in the United States, Canada, the UK, Japan, South Korea, France, Belgium, New Zealand, Russia, Qatar, and China.
