The software is built on a deterministic canonical ledger that encodes contract terms on both the provider and client sides into pricing logic. It continuously verifies provider charges against expected fees, detects discrepancies, and generates evidence for
dispute workflows. On the client side, it rates transactions against client contracts and produces audit-traced invoices in real time or at period close. The platform integrates via APIs into existing finance and billing systems, remaining outside the flow of funds. It is designed for cross-border payment platforms, embedded finance and banking-as-a-service programs, and stablecoin or on/off-ramp providers managing complex transaction economics.
