Two engagements: Senior Product Advisory for companies with a head of product in seat who need an external senior voice in the room where the hardest decisions get made, and Fractional Product Leadership for companies with no product leader, a
vacant VP seat, or product made by committee. Brought in when prioritization needs a boost and the team needs someone to make the calls.
Founded in 2026 by Gianna Luppino, who spent seventeen years owning product decisions at consumer scale — the eleven-platform rollout of HBO GO in rapid succession before streaming had a category, Pay with Membership Rewards built at American Express and embedded inside the Uber app, the first production GenAI advisor platform at Morgan Stanley serving 16,000 advisors, and Executive Director of Digital Product Management at JPMorgan Chase managing the front-end digital wallets and payment experience.
