As of 2025, Birbank has over 3.5 million active users. In 2024, the number of users who benefited from Birbank services reached 3,469,220, while this number had slightly decreased to 3,149,325 in the third quarter of 2025.
The platform has contributed to increasing the efficiency of banking operations and optimized resource usage, including reducing paper consumption, energy, and water use, helping Birbank adopt a sustainable operational model.

Digital Cash Loan Application Users can apply for a cash loan entirely online through Birbank without needing to visit a branch. The process, including approval and fund transfer, is completed digitally, streamlining bank services and accelerating customer operations.
Savings Account A digital savings account offered through Birbank, where users can earn interest on their funds, with the ability to deposit and withdraw at any time. Interest is calculated daily and reflected in the balance, and all transactions are conducted online.
