About the Company
BioNet are developing an edible biopolymer to wrap around hay, straw and silage bales. Livestock eat the wrapping directly saving the farmer time and labour as he no longer has to remove it. The biopolymer has proven nutritional content and is cross-linked with minerals to support healthy milk and meat production. This product removes the
dangers of livestock plastic ingestion and entanglement in hooves and horns and above all it alleviates waste on farms as the current netting accumulates and goes straight to landfill.
