We target the "most wanted" microbes for isolation and culture, currently curating a collection of bespoke microbes from diverse sources, including the deep sea. We do shotgun metagenomics and are building a unique data set to enable personalize medicine by bringing rich CONTEXT to the samples. A microbiome ecosystem is built over a lifetime, we collect the story to go with the sample.
