Benefits Coordinators, Inc. provides independent ERISA plan fiduciary, plan trustee and plan administrator services for qualified retirement plans. The company works with defined contribution, defined benefit, multi-employer and frozen VEBA plans, including those under Department of Labor or PBGC oversight. It assumes legal responsibility for plans
during sponsor bankruptcies, wind-downs or other hardships, handling compliance, filings and participant communications. Benefits Coordinators, Inc. manages post-termination issues such as IRS and DOL correspondence, QDROs, missing participants and auto-rollover IRAs. It coordinates with third party administrators and auditors, oversees termination amendments and Form 5500 filings, and reviews plan expenses and corrections under applicable IRS and DOL programs.
