They saw an opportunity to create a high-tech, high-touch program modeled after Maxim and RightCare’s solution but focused on Medicaid patients with severe behavioral health diagnoses. BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners saw a similar opportunity and partnered with Brad and Eric to co-found BehaveCare at the beginning of 2017.
