tracking, project financial management, resource planning, absence management, task management, and multi-stage approval workflows in a single application. Its most distinctive capability connects resource planning directly to the timesheet: managers assign work in the planning view, and those entries appear pre-populated in each employee's timesheet. That means that deviations between planned and actual are visible in real time. Project financial features include billing and cost rates at the person, project, task, or team level; budget tracking with splits by sub-project or person; expense tracking against budgets; and real-time margin and profitability reporting.
Multi-stage timesheet approval workflows support sequential chains — manager to project lead to finance — with configurable quorum settings and a full audit trail. Beebole is GDPR- and DCAA-compliant.
Beebole serves SMBs and mid-market organizations across professional services, consulting, software development, and engineering. The platform integrates natively with Asana, Jira, Linear, QuickBooks, and BambooHR, with an API included at all plan levels.
