Base 11 is a nonprofit STEM workforce and entrepreneur development organization that supports students and early-career adults pursuing careers and ventures in next frontier industries. The company designs and runs workforce development programs, mentorship initiatives, and entrepreneurship curricula focused on science, technology, engineering, and
mathematics. It develops and manages innovation centers and labs that provide hands-on learning, prototyping, and project-based experiences using industry-grade equipment. Base 11 also operates Base 11 Digital, a web and mobile platform that aggregates learning resources, events, and community features for members. In addition, it organizes conferences, competitions, and innovation challenges in partnership with corporations, universities, and nonprofits. Through these offerings, Base 11 connects participants with training, mentorship, and career and venture opportunities in STEM fields.
