About the Company
In 2010, in the city of Surgut was launched service to report problems in the city - "Bardakovka" . Service was named by name of a small river in the city center Bardykovki. The project was started as an experiment, but it turned into a whole story. The story of young people who have decided to make the decision easier to urban problems.
During the work with the help of service have been resolved several hundred urban problems. Watching successful solutions to problems on the service "Bardakovka" residents of other cities of Russia started to use the service. To offer them a convenient tool command "Bardakovki" it was decided to create a new platform , "voice" , the right to address in any city of Russia.
