B-Guest is a Guest Engagement Platform that has been designed to shorten the distance between hotels and guests, connecting them in the best possible way.

- Check-In: automate
all check-in manual processes (online and at reception desk) and cut all the paper used, allowing hotels to save money and time as well as to provide a more ecological service;
- Check-Out: allow guests to bypass reception increasing their satisfaction while decreasing workload at front desk.
- In-Stay Marketing Campaigns: automate all communications with guests, via multichannel (e-mail, sms, push notifications and FB Messenger) either to up-sell either to provide relevant information
- Mobile Concierge: allow hotel guests to see all hotel's services and request them trough a native app (iOS / Android), a web app and a bot.
- Ratings: allow guests to provide real time feedback about hotel's services and avoid bad reviews on social media
