AYDAWINES is an artisanal wine company that connects its estate in Turkey with international markets through a UK corporate structure. The company is rooted in Ayda Bağları Winery & Vineyards, which cultivates grape varieties such as Bornova Misketi, Foça Karası, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc. It focuses on
sustainable viticulture, organic and biodynamic farming principles, and vinification techniques including vinification intégrale and the use of indigenous yeasts. AYDAWINES produces estate-grown white, red and rosé wines and manages their wholesale, retail and export distribution.
