Avani`s business will have two streams of customers, B2C and B2B. For B2C we are looking at building and selling through retailers, direct exhibitions and franchises. We target discerning consumers who have the capacity to pay for high-quality products and care about the environmental, ethical and health impacts of production processes. These include urban affluent women, professional and hobby dyers, schools and parents concerned about toxic chemical dyes. We plan to set up one flagship store to showcase the brand. For the B2B customers, we are looking at small and medium craft enterprises and industrial manufacturers, both in textiles and cosmetics.
