About the Company
Aster Bio offers advanced molecular/genetic testing for environmental samples. Our Environmental Genomics platform uses metagenomics to provide a total microbial census and qPCR to track key microorganisms. We also produce advanced microbial blends for use in bioaugmentation applications. Our blends contain organisms identified by genetic
testing to be key for successful wastewater system startup and recovery from upsets. We produce microbial blends for high strength industrial wastewaters, nutrient removal, ammonia oxidation (nitrifiers), and improve solids settling rates.
