In line with the Organizational and Management Model (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001), Ares Ambiente has entrusted the correct management of its operations to an independent Supervisory Body. Furthermore, with the adoption of a Code of Ethics, the company is committed to promoting the values of fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency. Its constant attention to the protection of people and the environment is also reflected in the company’s business choices: as for waste sampling activities and waste characterization, indeed, it relies on qualified technicians and chemical laboratories accredited by certification bodies. Furthermore, the company only collaborates with transporters registered in the Environmental Managers Register, and only deliver to plants authorized by the competent bodies in charge (Integrated Environmental Authorization). Aware of the strategic importance of its reference sector, Ares Ambiente is also registered in the list of suppliers and workers not subject to mafia-based infiltration attempts (Prefecture of Bergamo). This has allowed the company to receive the maximum rating (3 stars) in the Legality Rating granted by the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM), in agreement with the Italian Ministries of the Interior and of Justice. This rating recognizes its commitment to operating according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility. In 2022, it was included by ItalyPost among the 10,000 "Best Performer" Italian companies.
