Applied Biotech Industries (ABI) is a Wisconsin, USA based biotech company that manufactures bacteria and fungi for use in agriculture. The company produces beneficial soil inoculants that deliver increased plant health and yields. ABI manufactures 17 strains of beneficial bacteria and fungi that each provide a specific functions in agriculture,
including increasing the availability of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and micronutrients in soil. Use of ABI's microbial strains leads to increased yields and crop quality, while at the same time reducing the amount of fertilizer needed.
