Company Performance Metrics
The Company shall be placing properties on the website and app platforms for users to browse through and invest in. Upon investment, their investment in that particular property will be placed on their portfolio which they can access anytime. Users will be able to invest in as many properties as they like with as much investment as they like. At
the end of each month, the rental income will be paid to the investor and will be credited on their portfolio account. The user will have options either to reinvest the income, withdraw the income or leave it in the portfolio balance for future investment.
On the back office side of the operation, the Company shall be purchasing high yield properties from around the world for clients to invest in, putting it up on rent and ensuring proper maintenance of the property allowing adequate property appreciation.
The Company will have a team of professionals with expertise in the real estate industry to ensure investors get the most out of their investment.
The Company shall be investing in both residential and commercial properties worldwide.
