The AMCAT is India’s first employability assessment test that helps job seekers to get their first job quickly and efficiently. Conceptualized by experts from IITs, MIT, Harvard and IIMs, the AMCAT started with the aim of scientifically defining employability by using automated assessments. AMCAT has not only offered a highly inclusive platform for
every youth across the country to adjudge their employability, but also provided a fair and scalable mechanism for corporates to access talent way beyond barriers like City Tiers, gender etc.
With its presence in more than 60 cities pan India, a student can today take the AMCAT almost anywhere across the length and breadth of the country. It offers a very comprehensive and detailed employability evaluation to every student in terms of a 14 page feedback report. This evaluation provides accurate and detailed guidance on their strengths and weaknesses, helping them understand their job fitment and desirability in different sectors along with skill gap analysis among many other factors.
